Vomit / Damage Fee
A $250 cleaning fee will be charged for vomiting or excessive mess in the vehicle.
Note: If no card is on file, the guest agrees to pay this fee upon request. Failure to do so may result in invoicing or collection.
(This clause gives you leverage even without holding a card.)
Liability Waiver
By participating, guests acknowledge that:
Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal items. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Photography & Marketing
By attending, guests grant permission for photographs or videos taken during the tour to be used for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, legal, or behavioral reasons.
Agreement
By booking a tour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Payment
- All tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
- Prices are listed per person and include transportation, hosted vineyard visits, a beverage at each venue (wine, beer, cider, non-alcholic), a curated snack box, and bottled water unless otherwise noted.
- Wine is included as part of the experience at participating vineyards.
- Tickets may be transferred to another guest who meets the 21+ requirement.
- Name changes must be communicated prior to the tour.
- Questions or booking changes should be directed to us before the tour date whenever possible.
- No minimum guest requirement for publicly listed tour dates.
- For custom bookings on non-posted days, a minimum of 5 guests is required.
- For private charters on a posted tour day, a minimum of 10 guests is required.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 3+ days prior to tour: Full refund
- 24–72 hours prior to tour: Credit toward a future tour (no cash refund)
- Within 24 hours of tour: No refund or credit
Late Arrival PolicyTours depart on time.

- No refund will be issued.
- You may Uber or taxi at your own expense to meet the group at the next vineyard, if timing allows.
Weather Policy
- If the tour is canceled due to unsafe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
- Tours run rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe.
Guest Conduct & Safety
- Outside alcohol is not permitted.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Guests must behave responsibly and follow host instructions.
- They may be removed from the tour.
- Transportation home will be arranged via Uber or taxi at the guest’s expense.
- No refund will be issued.

- Wine consumption carries inherent risks.
- They voluntarily assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption and travel.
- The company is not liable for injuries, accidents, illness, lost items, or damages resulting from participation, except where caused by gross negligence.
