Middle of the Vines is designed to be a fun, relaxed, and responsibly classy experience. Our goal is for every guest to enjoy the day, feel comfortable, and return safely. By booking a tour, guests agree to the following:
Responsible Enjoyment
Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or actions that negatively impact other guests will not be tolerated. Guests may be asked to leave the tour without refund if behavior becomes unsafe or inappropriate.
Respect the Ride
Our vehicle is part of the experience. Guests are expected to treat it with care and respect.
Cleaning Fee Policy
Any excessive mess that requires professional cleaning — including but not limited to vomiting, spills, or damage — will result in a $250 cleaning fee, charged to the booking card.
(Yes, this includes barfing. Please pace yourself.)
Safety First
Alcohol is permitted for passengers only. The driver will not consume alcohol at any time. Seatbelts must be worn when the vehicle is in motion.
21+ Only
All guests must be 21 years of age or older and may be required to show valid ID.
Right to Refuse Service
Middle of the Vines reserves the right to refuse service or end a tour early, without refund, if guest behavior compromises safety or the experience of others.
