What does the tour include? Transportation, three vineyard stops, a tasting or glass at each location, a boxed lunch, water on board, a delightful tour guide with just the right amount of commentary, and a safe return to your pickup point.

• How long is the tour? Approximately 5 hours from pickup to drop-off.
• Which vineyards do we visit? Tours feature a rotating selection of southeastern Connecticut vineyards. Stops vary based on availability, special events, and seasonal offerings.
• How many people are on each tour? Tours are intentionally small, with a maximum of 13 guests.

Booking & Pricing

• How much does the tour cost? Pricing is $165 per person and includes a beverage at each stop, transportation, and light refreshments and a lunch from Sift Bake Shop.
• Do you offer group discounts? No. Tours are priced per seat to ensure fairness and consistency for all guests. However, a full charter may have a discount.
• Can I book a private tour/charter? Yes. private group bookings may be available. Please contact us for details.
• How do I book a tour? All bookings are made online through our website and select booking platforms or by calling 860.294.9796. Please email us or use our contact form for a private charter.

Pickup & Transportation

• Where is the pickup location? Sift Bake Shop, 5 Water Street, Mystic, CT.
• Can you pick us up somewhere else? Tours begin and end at Sift Bake Shop in Mystic. However, as a small, locally owned business, we're happy to accommodate alternate pickup locations whenever possible. If it fits with the day's schedule, we'll do our best to arrange a pickup that's convenient for you.. 
• Is alcohol allowed on the vehicle? You can not bring you OWN alcohol, but Yes, alcohol is permitted for passengers if purchased at one of the designated stops. The driver does not consume alcohol.

Food & Drink

• Are tastings included? Yes. Each stop includes a tasting or beverage option such as wine, beer, or cider, depending on the vineyard.
• Can I bring my own food? Yes. Most vineyards allow outside food, and guests are welcome to bring their own snacks.
• Do you offer food add-ons? A lunch from Sift Bake Shop will be included. Additional add ons and upgrades meal selections may be available. 
• Can I still enjoy the tour if I don’t drink? Absolutely. This experience is just as much about the atmosphere, scenery, and time with your group as it is about the wine. Each stop offers beautiful settings, food options, and space to relax and enjoy the day at your own pace.
  We also offer a $25 credit for guests who don’t plan to drink—just use the code ZEROPROOF at booking. You will be able to order a non-alcoholic beverage (water, soda, or seltzer) at each vineyard. 

Safety & Experience

• Is this a party bus? No. Middle of the Vines offers a fun, social, and responsibly classy-ish experience. Overindulgence and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
• What should I wear? Comfortable, weather-appropriate attire is recommended. Many vineyards have outdoor seating.
• What kind of music is played on board? Music is kept relaxed and upbeat. Larger groups may request their own playlist.

Policies

• What is your cancellation policy? Guests will receive a full refund or rebooking option in the event of severe weather or unforeseen cancellations. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined at booking.
• What happens if a vineyard is closed or hosting a private event? Vineyards may vary by date. Substitute locations will be selected to ensure a great experience.
• Is this tour suitable for non-wine drinkers Yes. Many vineyards offer beer, cider, or non-alcoholic options.
• Do I need to be 21? Yes. All guests must be 21+ with valid ID.
• Is tipping expected?​ Please bring a few dollars per person per vineyard for our Tasting Room Associates. Gratuity for Tour Guide/Driver is appreciated but obviously not required.
